Please note we do not take bookings by phone, messaging or email.  We are not a drop-in centre and do not take customers without prior booking.

 

All treatments are performed in the same room.  There is a private changing area for your use and your privacy shall be respected at all times.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance of which is payable at the time of your appointment, as follows:

All Reiki Courses - £50
Luxury Gold Treatment - £25
All Other Treatments - £15
(All Workshops are payable in total in advance)


Availability
Please book at least three days in advance, we do not take same-day bookings.


Travel
If travelling by car please use the off-street car-park at the side of the Space centre in a space not marked as disabled, unless necessary.  There is a bus route outside the Centre for busses 74 and 100, on Peddars Lane.

Appointment Time

Please let us know if you are running late at least 30 minutes before your due arrival time.  This will help our customers arriving after you.

 

Cancellations & Re-schedules

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. A lot of care and preparation goes into your visit, so if you must cancel or re-schedule your appointment please let us know.

 

Age

Our treatments are for those over the age of 21 only. If you appear to be younger then you will be asked to provide proof of age.

 

Respect Us
All our treatments are reputable and absolutely no other services will be provided including those of a sexual nature. Please respect these mandatory conditions whether verbal or physical, explicit or implicit.  Any behaviour which we consider a breach of our personal well-being shall result in the immediate cancellation of your treatment without refund, ejection from the premises and reported.

If we need to re-schedule your appointment due to unforseen circumstances we will make every effort to contact you in plenty of time to let you know.
