Practical multi-event workshop with meditation, crystal healing and breathing exercises.

You will experience a unique meditation in the amazing multi-sensory Space room. With a talk through de-stress / detox crystal meditation, bathed in beautiful lights and sound in the famous space sensory room.

Learn ancient breathing techniques helping you to de-stress.

Learn the benefits and properties of our chosen crystal, how to cleanse your aura beautiful crystal layouts.

We will create a safe space and have an opening and closing circle.
