Learn the ancient art of making your own therapeutic blends using aromatherapy essential oils, blended according to individual needs and requirements for relaxation, well being and protection. 

Aromatherapy is an amazing skill to have which can help in many situations of modern day life including stress, muscle fatigue, viral infection, panic attacks, anxiety, skin conditions, lethargy to name but a few.

Included in this workshop is an aromatherapy hand and arm massage designed to help you apply your new blending skills in a practical way.
