TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment
We accept balance-transfer or cash payments.  A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required for courses or transactions over £100 to help cover costs.  A non-refundable deposit of  £15 or £25 will be required to secure all other bookings.

Appointment Time
Please let us know if you are running late at least 30 minutes before your due arrival time.  This will help our customers arriving after you.

Cancellations & Re-schedules
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. A lot of care and preparation goes into your visit, so if you must cancel or re-schedule your appointment please let us know.

Age
Our treatments are for those over the age of 21 only. If you appear to be younger then you will be asked to provide proof of age.

Respect Us
All our treatments are reputable and absolutely no other services will be provided including those of a sexual nature. Please respect these mandatory conditions whether verbal or physical.  Any behaviour which we consider a breach of our personal well-being shall be dealt with accordingly.

If we need to re-schedule your appointment due to unforseen circumstances we will make every effort to contact you in plenty of time to let you know.
